Lt. Col. Oliver North will speak in Fargo for the Fargo Moorhead Chamber of Commerce‘s first Voices of Vision speaker series event.

o bring world thought leaders and cutting-edge business visionaries to the community, a news release states.
“We plan for Voices of Vision to be a significant annual community event,” said Craig Whitney, chamber president and CEO. “We created it to honor individuals who personify the chamber’s mission to unify and advance business interests.”
North is a combat decorated Marine, best-selling author, small business founder, inventor, columnist, and the host of War Stories on the Fox News Channel.
In his speech, “American Leaders for the Way Ahead,” North will assess the United States’ military, economic, and political role in the world. He will identify the policies that have made America the world’s only remaining superpower and outline the strategies necessary to keep America at the forefront as a world power, a news release states.
The event is from noon to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 4351 17th Ave. S., Fargo.
North will sign copies of his newest book, American Heroes in Special Operations, after his speech.
