West Fargo’s Mid-America Aviation has changed ownership and the company’s former president and CEO says that means a major employment increase in the area.

Moog Inc., a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision motion control products and systems, bought the West Fargo company May 25 from Midwest Aero Holdings, said Tom Kenville, the company’s former president and CEO, who is now working as a consultant.

More details will be forthcoming at a change of ownership event Monday, Kenville said.
