After closing suddenly in August and sitting dormant for a month and a half, Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant (2901 Main Avenue in Fargo) has reopened under new ownership and new management.

The abrupt closure dismayed Jalapenos regulars, many of whom showed up for a meal only to find the doors locked and the dining room dark with no other clues as to the restaurant’s fate. From, the looks of the parking lot during the lunch hour, that same crowd seems to have returned in force this week.
